Ported original game from heavily modified UE4 to UE5, including switching physics engines from PhysX to Chaos. Worked on updated statistics system.
Summary
With a small team of programmers, we ported the game from a heavily modified UE4 (shared engine for all Survios games) to stock UE5 with minimal engine mod porting.
Heavily focused on fixing physics issues in the port as UE5 dropped PhysX and moved to Chaos. This was a rather major tie-in, as Survios had a lot of custom mods.
Once the game was at parity with the original, I worked on implementing PSVR2-specific features as well as adding a new stat collection system.
